Thank you for your interest in Salthaven.  Although the work we do is rather curious, please note that we do not allow visitors or offer tours of the clinic at this time.  This is for the health and safety of the animals. Wildlife is easily stressed when approached by humans, and stress to an already compromised wild animal means longer recovery times and added expense for Salthaven.  Your understanding is appreciated.

While we would love to take in all the animals that need our help, in order to provide the best care possible to the wildlife we do have, we can only provide care for so many.  Although Salthaven has respect for all wild animals, we are currently not taking in snapping turtles or pigeons.
